I'm a software engineer with over 10 years building products. Started backend, wandered through cloud infrastructure, ended up leading teams. I love working with Python, Rust, Terraform, Kubernetes... the usual suspects.

When I'm not over-optimizing my engineering setup (i use neovim btw), you'll find me playing guitar badly, losing at chess gracefully, or running around Rotterdam while mentally debugging code.

I have a pathological need to understand how things work, which explains both my career trajectory and why I end up in Wikipedia rabbit holes at 2am. Philosophy keeps me grounded when technology gets too abstract. Chess teaches me patience when code doesn't cooperate.
